Thanks for renting from us. We hope you had a good experience. Your move-out instructions are as follows:
We require 14 day advanced notice to vacate your unit, and there is no refund if you move out before the end of the current monthly term. Make sure everything has been moved out of your storage unit and sweep up any debris. Please do not leave any trash behind. There is a $200 dump fee if trash is left on the property. If we have to sweep out a unit there is a $50 fee. After removing all your belongings, take a picture of the empty unit with the door open and the unit number in view. Make sure it shows the clean floor. Then close the door and put a zip tie on the latch to keep the unit secure. Zip ties are located in the pink bucket either in the hallway or by the front gate. Please text the pictures to us at 903-350-1852.
